How the lead program works
- Leads come from consumers who fill in our own form and agree to share their details with licensed Ontario mortgage professionals.
- You pay a flat fee per lead, whether or not a mortgage closes. We do not take a share of mortgage compensation.
- Each lead goes to one professional where possible, and we tell you about any shared leads in advance.
- You must be licensed by FSRA and follow Ontario rules for advertising and referrals.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee leads or traffic?
No. We are building the site and cannot promise volumes. That is why pricing is month to month, and the founding rate is lower.
Is a Featured listing labelled as paid?
Yes. Featured listings are marked as paid placements so visitors are not misled.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. Every listing needs a current FSRA licence, and we check it on the FSRA register before publishing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Featured listings and leads are month to month.
How do I pay?
We invoice you after you request a Featured listing, and we accept the payment method named on the invoice.
