How you may be contacted
If you complete a form or quiz and ask to be connected with a mortgage professional, you may be contacted by email, phone or text message about your request. We only send marketing messages with your consent, and every message will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe.
How to opt out
- From our emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any message.
- From text messages: Reply STOP to the message.
- From phone calls: Tell the caller you do not wish to be contacted.
- Directly with us: Send a request through our contact page with the email address or phone number you want removed. We aim to respond promptly.
Withdrawing consent for referrals
If you want us to stop sharing your information with a mortgage professional, tell us through the contact page. If your details have already been shared, you should also ask that professional directly to stop contacting you.
